    For cold foam: 

    • 3 tbsp heavy cream 

    • 2 tsp milk 

    • 2 tsp sugar 

    • A splash of Vainilla Molina 

     

    For latte 

    • 1 tbsp cookie butter 

    • 1 espresso shot or 2 fl oz strong brewed coffee 

    • A splash of Vainilla Molina 

    • Ice, as desired 

    • 2/3 cup milk 

    • Holiday sprinkles or crushed cookies (optional, for garnish)

Directions

    For cold foam: 

    1. In a small bowl, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar and a splash of Vainilla Molina.  

    1. Froth using a milk frother or whisk until mixture slightly thickens and becomes creamy. 

    For latte: 

    1. In a cup, mix cookie butter and a splash of Vainilla Molina with hot espresso until fully dissolved. 

    1. Fill a glass with ice. 

    1. Pour espresso and cookie butter mixture over ice. 

    1. Add milk and finish with cold foam on top. 

    1. Garnish with holiday sprinkles or crushed cookie pieces.
